In the Blink of an Eye…a poem

Hourglass I

Blink and another thought passes…

Blink twice and another year goes by…

Blink thrice and a love is lost…

Blink four times and youth gives way to old age…

Blink many times and before you realise it, life has faded away…

What have you done in between the blinks to make every moment of the life that was given worth while?

e pluribus Unum (A Poem)

E Pluribus Unem II - by Warlock Molly

Parallel Dimensions by WorlockMolly

Contemplating space and place is all consuming for one who has no space in this place

Yet here is where I reside in form yet undeniably outside of this time, outside of this space, outside of this being and outside of convention

Thought, thinking, remembering, forgetting, agonizing, hoping against hope but feeling the potential of possibilities unseen

Images and faces laced in clouded emotion bare witness to both what was and what will be

Though I am here, fragments of self beckons to be seen, heard and understood from a myriad of mansions in dimensions that claim prime of reality and truth all their own

There is no substance only embers – barely visible, remotely comprehensible

“Learn, understand, mature and morph into that which has been prophesied”, they implore as I remain just beyond the barrier’s rim

“We know your fears; we feel your pain – for we too have suffered and traversed that very chasm mired in darkness as you will also”

“You will add to us and we to you, becoming ONE in form and in consciousness”

There, which is not there, will have no space, no place and no trace of time

After there will be a moment of rest but only for a season

For WE resolve to Evolve, therefore there is no ending only renewed beginnings

Doors opening and closing and then opening again without end

Tell Me…

mercury4

…why does the sun shine upon the young and old; the strong and the feeble; the rich and the poor and the wise and foolish equally when clearly they are not?

…why does the rainfall comfort me in a way that a sunny day cannot?

…why do tears signal both joy and happiness as well as pain and despair?

…why must it be so exhausting in the company of many while so peaceful in solitude?

…why isn’t beauty and happiness seen as a universal concept instead of dictated by the beholder?

…why am I separated from the Constant of creation and the Spirit of Wisdom though they beckon me and I for them?

…why am I allowed only to glimpse Truth but not experience its full beauty and magnificence?

…why have I been allowed to be raised in what is considered foster care at best while my Family be not far from me?

…why are YOU not here to explain all of this to me now and nourish me within the knowledge that is so desired?

Please tell me!

Point To Ponder XIII…Why So Serious?

Wisdom II

One man’s Right is another man’s Wrong

One woman’s Failure is another’s Triumph

One dog’s Water Bowl is another dog’s Toilet

The truth is that perception of Right and Wrong and Good and Bad are influenced by man-made constructs which are often employed as a system of control meant to direct our actions and obscure our vision of ourselves and reality

The choices we make, the environment that moulds us, the deity we choose to serve (or not to serve) are all defined by perception which in-turn gives birth to personal concepts of how we view and interpret what is essentially positive and what is inherently negative

Now, what does this all mean?

“Just live!” Make the choices you desire to make but take full responsibility… for ALL of them!

For when the sun finally sets into its cradle of twilight and drifts deeply into peaceful slumber leaving you alone in the dark with your own thoughts and conscience, it is YOU who must bare complete responsibility… for how you have chosen to view the world around you; for the choices you have made and for the manner in which you have lived your life.  In that instant, despair may be your comforter and regret your pillow or you could embrace what is upon you and accept without fear the visitor that patiently waits beyond the shadows who comes to enlighten and illuminate what once was a cloak of misperception and confusion.

How will you choose to see then?

Ha…Ha…Ha!

Half A Soul…Is Not Good Enough (Poetry/Lyrics)

My Destiny II

I wanna leave…and be free

Far away – from here

Come with me…and we’ll leave

all our cares..behind

Baby Please – Don’t ask me…

Why oh why – (not tonight)

Can’t you see…that I’m in need

of your touch – right now

The pain is deep…and I can’t sleep

Your love is on my mind

– Let’s not fight

Baby Please – Don’t ask me

Why oh why, Why oh why

Let’s not fight

…No, not tonight

Thoughts of you…and this heat

are draining me dry

Thoughts of you…and this heat

are draining me dry

…between the sheets

and it’s not right…cause you’re not here

Come let’s meet…the other half of me…and release

You will see

…All is fine, …All is fine – tonight

Don’t ask why, Don’t ask why

…why oh why

Don’t…Ask…Why

Just you and me, Just you and me

No one is on our side

Just you and me…with our seeds

You will see

Then we’ll fly

…So High – So, So, High

So Damn High

Tonight, Tonight…Just let the world

Stop and die – around us

…as we fly

It’s only you, It’s only you

…you and me, you and me

Half a Soul is not good enough

…for you or me

Hmm, Hmm.. Hmm, Hmm

Hmmmm, Hmm

You and me – Baby Please

Save me, Save me, Save me…….Please

To Do What I Was Created To (a Poem)

My Destiny IV

Enterprise was an inheritance designated by my Father at conception, vigilantly monitored and protected by Allatori.  There was no doubt that there would be no assimilation with the surrounding world.  Apprehension, Confusion, Curiosity, Reclusion were but a few of my companions.

Never so mysterious was the meaning of the dawn of each new sunrise and the ascension of darkness culminating in nightfall.

Kind words mask the mischievous, the unrighteous, the evil. Both sight and spirit has been enhanced. It serves as a blessing and curse.

Indigo is meaningless as colour fades to only Black and White.  Choices are all that remain and only for a little while.  I must play my part regardless of the emotions that overwhelm but it is my Father’s Will.  So it is accepted with peace and without hesitation.  Fate has already made it’s claim.  There, on the other side just beyond the curtain awaits Destiny to prepare me for the next Act in an unending play in which my part must be played alone.

……..For now it is the comfort, the strength, the power and the wisdom of my Father, of my Family that I now require as the curtain slowly closes on a scene filled with countless second rate actors that are clueless to what is to follow.

It can be difficult looking ahead in the Script.

Non opus est tibi Pater. Domne benedicere.

To Be Created and To Comprehend

Thoth III

And by what have I been sculpted…?

Is it by the wind and the rain, together in tandem carrying me where it will then seeding me to that chosen soil for nourishment and to nourish

or is it by the strength of the mighty river’s flow – eroding, carving, moulding everything in it’s wake until defined as the grandest canyon or the mightiest mountain

or has it truly been by the Will and hand of my Maker, like Hephaestus methodically crafting me into the finest tool which has been forged in an inferno until strong and durable as Osmium and as sharp as the Joyeuse.

…to be nurtured for purposes only understood by nothing less than a – God

Now I am whole; Now I am transcendent; Now…I AM AWAKE!

Promise Me (a poem)

creation I

In my peaceful solitude when the air that surrounds is calm

and the once raging rivers beyond my garden’s lattice is still

Serene thoughts of You capture the fertile imagination

Beauty is the only concept that is known if not completely understood or appreciated

I behold the splendour that defines Your very existence and I am comforted beyond what can be expressed by mere words

I am defined in the moment, at this place, in this time

and You

Do You spare thoughts of me and how things were?

When all things were new and the power of creation flowed flawlessly from Your presence illuminating all the world around us

Do You think of me fondly though we have long parted and time has obscured all that we have shared?

For me the embers remain flickering ever so softly,  my only tether to that which I cannot return

If authority be Yours, and it pleases the spirit

Promise you’ll find me – in time, in space and let beauty and love of a union that once was be ours again

Juxtaposition of Life and Death (A Poem)

The light sealed between the shadows is suffocated but it does not die

It is strong, resilient and unending

Though it seems to be overwhelmed  by the darkness, it struggles

Unyielding, undeniable, unforgiving in its nature to be free and to strike balance within

The fates do serve well nurturing maturation and evolution until one day it emerges

unfettered, invulnerable and by grace, divine

Fear and Rejoice

I am here, aware – now reborn

Quod oritur, moritur, et renascitur

In the Blink of an Eye (A Poem)

Blink II

Go left, turn right – did you appreciate the path or were you too distressed by the decision?

Sunrise, sunset – did you see it or were you too occupied by the many unimportant distractions of the day?

A gentle breeze, a field of flowers in bloom – did you stand in silence to enjoy the moment or was there some task that could not be delayed to accomplish?

Life, Love – did you take the opportunity to view it in full clarity and appreciate the wonder of it all while you had it or was it another of those superfluous manifestations that just was?

In the blink of an eye it is here and in the next it is gone. Time is dictated by every instantaneous nanosecond. Have no regrets, no remorse.
